Back to Brighton    2 comments

The holiday consisted of a sensible amount of running (there’s a first time for everything), mostly hilly lanes with a bit of off road. Around 38 miles for the 6 days.

Then I returned to Brighton, ran a slow prom parkrun, went out this morning for an LSR and fell over like an utter twit.

I did this around 55 minutes into an hour and 45 minute run. I seem to have developed a skill in falling over on nice flat/downhill pavements.

45 miles or so for the Monday – Sunday week.

I’ll be back to my blithering best next Sunday. Ciao for now.

  1. Poor you, I hate falling. I don’t know which is worse, the embarrassment or the pain!
